Feel… Be... See… Here… Now…

Shift from automatic thinking and move into intentional awareness.

Bring your attention to what you can see first, and then open to sensations, and any other sensory stimuli occurring in the present moment. You can sit, stand or walk. Eyes move from left to right slowly, letting your eyes absorb all you see. If attention wanders, gently bring it back to the task.

This practice prioritises experiential awareness through heightened sensory awareness.
