Mindful Movement Duets

During this activity, focus attention on your body in motion, and how it feels. This activity is very gentle. The partner being moved is invited to focus attention on the body parts being moved and any body sensations that arise from being moved.

Development of mindful movement duet practices

The mindful movement duets can be developed in many ways. 

They can include adding more movement, or exploring a movement conversation.

They are a good step to exploring contact improvisation activity.
