Mindful Movement Solo

This time, you decide how and where you move.

You move however and wherever your body wants to go. 

This could be small movements from lying down, or from sitting.

Or larger movements around the space. 

Your task? To really FOCUS on HOW the movement feels. 

If your attention wanders, gently bring it back, to focus on how the body feels as it is in motion. 

Don’t THINK about it… LET THE BODY LEAD
